When it rains, it pours. Crappy things like to happen in piles, just to make you more miserable. It's very hard to seperate the things from each other so you don't have to drag them all around behind you. Hoping for better times for you, until then, keep smiling that pretty smile in the other post. Science says making the smile face triggers happy endorphins. I do it sometimes when I'm freaking out, and it helps a little. Dr. Oz says to crouch with your back against the wall, breathe slowly and look up. Then drink water slowly. I think the distraction alone helps a little. There. That's all the advice I have, for now, except take care of yourself. Hugs.
